Coaching

Coaching

Whilst building my independent psychotherapy practice, I walked a parallel career path in the complex and diverse world of big companies, international consulting, and global organisations, performing roles in finance, recruitment, and marketing. This provided a valuable ground for a rich and in-depth experience of the complexities, the drama, and challenges of the corporate world. Deeply grateful for the gift of such an experience, I believe that I am well placed to respond to those who must navigate this demanding environment.

I have provided a coaching response to such issues within an integrative perspective, as and when clients have required. This is a response to the whole person of the client that demands the full attention from the therapist; and is enhanced from client and therapist working together; this collaborative approach is embedded in the Holistic Leadership Coaching model that I am offering.

Coaching as a model for helping conversations has been around for many years - a close cousin to psychotherapy and counselling, it shares with these similar intentions and ethics but with a different narrative: with roots in sport and performance coaching, later expanded into further appellations, Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and the ubiquitous Life Coaching. For brevity, if trying to elucidate which form of Therapy or Coaching may be relevant to you - don't - this is a false differentiation or even antagonism.

Holistic Leadership Coaching moves away from this apparent conflict and supports the whole person.
